Note for emergent name card printing:
Quick printing for Name Cards on #1 Grade: #1 Grade is slightly bright and white that makes it the ideal printing material for name cards. JColor provides the first emergent printing services at night and we only accept completed files. No services for finishing and processing works on name cards are available.
Material of name card: #1 Grade (250g); dimension of name card: 90 x 54 mm
Acceptance hours for emergent orders:
1. Emergent name card printing: 08：00~16：00 from Monday to Friday
2. Emergent printing at night: 21：00~24：00 from Monday to Friday
3. Work days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
Note for emergent name card printing:
1. We only accept completed files. No services for finishing and processing works on name cards are available.
2. Delivery time: 3 hours after a communication notice is received.
3. Delivery method: Customers can pick up by themselves or we call a taxi to deliver the order (tax shall be paid by the customer).
4. Font size shall not be too small. If the setup of finished font size is smaller than 7 and designed with two colors or has white on black fonts, due to paper contraction after printing, a printing shadow issue may occur, especially for synthetic or iridescent paper.
5. An extra transparent box will be given for each box of name cards.

Tips for emergent name card printing:
1. Colors on the screen or not shown on the Company's proofing machine cannot be used for printing contrast.
2. Color samples not provided by the Company's printing files or from old printing works affected by oxidation cannot be used for printing contrast.
3. Color samples can only be used for correction on coated art paper and for other types of paper, they can be used for reference.

4. Rich black(CMYK) settings can easily cause wetness and if a customer insists on this setting, he/she shall not use this as the reason for refund.
5. Color allowance shall be separated from post-processing one.

4. Customers shall request proofing done by the Company in advance if they would like to have close colors printed on finished products. But colors will not be identical, more coating processes result in more color variations. When placing orders, please attach original color samples (do not use old samples to avoid color change caused by oxidation) as well as add printing allowance of 50-100 pages for color calibration.
5. Free cutting services for 4 uncoated and 2 coated modes for the benefit of customers.
Note of finishing design of emergent DM:
1. DM direct setup includes the black frame of bleed size and the Company adds 1mm at the margins of bleed size for the black frame. For example, if the bleed size is 210x297mmand the black frame is 212x299mm.
2. If the printing size is smaller than A4, mode combination is required on A4. Please proceed with half-sheet work on your own without exceeding the bleed size. Position the front and back correctly and indicate the cutting size (one or two cuts) or on A3 and so on. Additional fees will be collected for mode combination works.
3. If double-side printing is required for DM and poster files please put in one file for production.
4. Poster flyers need to be produced according to the dimension of the finished file and if the dimension is smaller than that of normal cutting, please indicate. If no cutting is required, please write "no cutting" on the file name.
5. The Company uses half-sheet work for mode combination and for double-side printing, do not save in the format of work and tumble printing to avoid mistakes.
